 The theme of the third issue is "LOCALISM."

 We have unraveled the meaning of the word "local," which has a vague outline, through the voices and images of people who are actually active in local areas (not in the "countryside" sense).

 PWA does not just sell apparel, but aims to be a label that creates opportunities for people to come together around creation.
